Takedowns Part Two! Here we go: part two of our Grappling with Biomechanics Takedowns series. Through our exercise science background and biomechanical approach we analyze preparation and how to best execute physical abilities for transfer to takedowns. The highlights of this episode are promoting single leg strength, fluid strength, Isometric Strength, neck pain solutions, hip pain and blockages, and ankle strengthening.
