Out Of Camp Training

Out of camp conditioning! You must train year round and be dedicated to the process. We talk about why it is important to train out of camp, and some of the most important methods to use at this time. We want to eliminate the 8 week fight camp. We have a 52 week fight camp with our athletes. Every week gives you an opportunity to prepare, and we should plan to take advantage of a year round training system!  We talk about training the aerobic system, getting strong and other opportunities when our athletes are “out of camp.”  Training frequency and intensity should change between phases. Essentially we give a huge nod to how and why to train out of camp in this podcast. We even give good examples of how. Check it out let us know what you think and if you agree with us!
